Simple & Transparent
Property management is a difficult and time consuming job when it’s done correctly. Despite this, our pricing is simple: 10% of the monthly rent. When we procure a new tenant we also collect a one-time fee of 35-50% of the monthly rent. If a tenant renews, we charge just 15% of the monthly rent. That’s it. Other companies say they have lower fees but then give you a property management agreement loaded with other hidden charges. We’ve even seen our competitors charge $99/month for checking smoke detectors. Don’t be misled by “lower cost” property management companies. They’ll just upcharge you later.
